Shrimp with garlic is the quickest and easiest recipe ever!

Shrimp with garlic is the quickest and easiest recipe ever! First of all, I encourage you to buy wild caught shrimp whenever possible. It’s also best to buy them with the shell on and cook with shell still on and then peel. Because the shell will add a lot of flavor and will keep the shrimp nice and juicy. Of course if you are serving this recipe to guests and you don’t want everybody to have fishy hands, peel the shrimp in advance.

Health Benefits Of Shrimp

Shrimp is an excellent source of protein. It is also high in selenium which is a very important mineral that we don’t normally get enough of. First, It’s needed for production of thyroid hormone, second for detoxification processes in the liver, and finally, it’s one of the best antioxidants in our body. Shrimp is also a good source of choline and vitamin B12 as well.

Health Benefits Of Garlic

Garlic is my favorite spice! I love it for its flavor and hundreds of health benefits. While increasing instances of mortality from drug resistant bacteria keep people in fear, garlic has been scientifically proven to treat multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. It’s effective against many types of bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungal infections. I encourage you to eat garlic everyday! To benefit from the biggest range of garlic’s therapeutic benefits, mince it and leave it to interact with the air for about 10 minutes.
