The salad recipes that I share with you here are divided into several categories. I have a couple of salads made with all raw ingredients, I also have have a coupe made with beans and lentils. Most salads have a combination of cooked and raw  ingredients. I put them into the Cooked category just to let you know that they take a bit more time to make.
