How This Course works
- Day one, you receive all the details of the program.
- The following day, we meet via Zoom to discuss and answer all your questions
- You have a weekend to go grocery shopping (shopping list and recipes provided) and prep the food.
- We all start the program on Monday morning.
- You continue receiving email and chat support from Olga and the group throughout the program.
- We finish on Friday with our second Zoom meeting to wrap up and discuss how to move forward.
