My healthy recipes are for people who really care about what they put in their mouth and on the plates of their loved. I use real unprocessed ingredients. So I cook everything from scratch. For example, I make my own broths and cook my own beans. I even bake my own bread just like people did only 100 years ago. Why do I go through so much trouble? Here is why:

  • This way, I know exactly what I put on my plate. There are certainly no preservatives, no food colorings, no hidden ingredients.
  • I can choose my own high quality ingredients – organic fresh vegetables, free-range chickens.
  • By preparing everything myself, I can be sure the food is cooked correctly. For example, I soak beans overnight to neutralize phytic acid and enhance bioavailability of nutrients.
