Balanced Breakfast - no energy crashing

“Eat your breakfast by yourself, share your lunch with a friend, and give your dinner to your enemy.” – Old Russian proverb.

Although I don’t necessarily agree with the proverb, I appreciate the idea of the importance of the first meal of the day. You know you ate well if you easily last through morning until lunchtime. If you are looking for food before lunchtime, you either didn’t eat enough, didn’t eat the right food for your body, or are just bored.
