Balanced Breakfast - no energy crashing
“Eat your breakfast by yourself, share your lunch with a friend, and give your dinner to your enemy.” – Old Russian proverb.
Although I don’t necessarily agree with the proverb, I appreciate the idea of the importance of the first meal of the day. You know you ate well if you easily last through morning until lunchtime.
