All my recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free, and many are also nut-free. I have recipes for breads, muffins, and bars that actually don’t need to be baked at all. I call the process Chill Baking because you put your batter in the fridge instead of the oven. Many ingredients in my bars contain heat-sensitive compounds with powerful healing and health-protective properties. Therefore, being “baked” in the refrigerator protects their healing qualities.
