“Took Olga’s class last Spring in an effort to break my addiction to sugar. For some reason, my original review did not appear on Yelp. It was a great class in its simplicity, tying together the things we eat and how our body processes them. Restart is an easy program to follow, but it’s really up to you get the most out of it. Olga is knowledgeable, supportive and non-judgemental in her approach. The class allowed me to “break the code” between eating and the dynamics of weight gain and loss. And I broken my cravings for sugar! Some folks also tried to take dairy out of their diets, but I did not. I now have a regular set of go-to foods that always leaves me satisfied. Add a regimen of regular exercise during this six week program if you really want to accelerate the results. That certainly worked for me. Highly recommended and a great value too.”

“I consider myself to be a very healthy woman and have been very mindful of what I consume for the past almost 20 years now. The only thing is that in spite of my healthy lifestyle (food, exercise, etc.) I had become pre-diabetic due to to the “healthy” carbohydrates (brown rice, whole grain bread, raw sugar, etc.) that I continued to eat . “I registered for the Restart program to get help to stop eating sugar and drinking Coke Zero compulsively, and to learn how to eat nutritiously.  My go-tos were bakery and chocolate in any form, at the end of every meal, in between every meal and some times in place of a meal.  I couldn’t give up nor cut back on Coke Zero nor sweets on my own.

I followed the three-week detox to the tee.  It was not easy, since I was surrendering habits that soothed my anxiety, or so I thought, though I could never have enough sugar or Coke Zero.

It has been three weeks since I completed the detox. I haven’t drank Coke Zero since the day before I began detoxing and I’ve had little sugar since the end of the detox, though occasionally I will treat myself to a French pastry.  Oh, did I mention that I lost eight pounds?  Hurray!  I feel AND look better.
