"The smell of good bread baking, like the sound of lightly flowing water, is indescribable in its evocation of innocence and delight." - M. F. K. Fisher (1908-1992), ‘The Art of Eating’

All my recipes are gluten free and dairy free, many are nut free as well. I have recipes for breads, muffins and bars that actually don’t need to be baked at all. I call the process Chill Baking because you put your batter in the fridge instead of the oven. Many ingredients in my bars have incredible healing and health protective compounds that are heat sensitive. Therefore, being “baked” in the fridge protects their healing qualities.
